On Friday we welcomed Joanne Feguson and her colleagues from CME Group to talk to our Year 14 Computer Science and IT students about Higher Level Apprenticeships and Opportunities available at CME Group.

CME are offering an apprenticeship where they have partnered with Ulster University to create a programme where students will be studying a Computing Systems BSc degree, part time as well as working for CME Group, up to, 4 days a week. Successful applicants will have 6 month rotations across the business where you can apply the university learning and gain a practical understanding of the subjects – to include Software Development, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Operations, and User Experience.

Joanne and colleagues spoke about CME Group and their what the Higher Level Apprenticeship entailed off, how to apply and what elements they should look to put in their CV to make their application stand out.
