The Royal Belfast Academical Institution (RBAI) has been educating boys in the heart of Belfast for over 200 years.

The school is a large community with more than 120 highly skilled staff caring for 1,050 pupils during term time.

Not only is RBAI committed to providing the best possible care and education to its pupils, it is also steadfast in providing a supportive environment to its staff.

We embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to promoting a fair and supportive environment for all our employees. We work hard to create a culture where different perspectives are valued and our staff feel valued for their individuality, and share a sense of belonging. Our aim is to reflect the diverse nature of society and of our pupil body.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils. All appointments will be conditional on successful safeguarding checks.

All applicants to the school must have the right to work in the UK.
