Many congratulations to our 1st XI cricket team, winning the Schools’ Cup for a record 13th time, after a 126 run win against Ballyclare High.

Despite the game being in the balance, with RBAI 75 for 4, our middle order of Ben McCausland (41), Callum Soper (32) and George Palmer, batted very well to enable a total of 194.

With captain Tom Crothers bowling their opener with his first ball, Adam Leckey taking three wickets in four balls, Ballyclare ended their innings 68 all out. Inst came out winners by 126 runs.
