GCSE EXAMINATION RESULTS 2019

Congratulations to Year 12 on their excellent GCSE results. This is the first year of the new grading system with pupils achieving traditional grades A*-C and their new equivalence of 9-4. The individual highlights recognise the new grading system with a 9 equivalent to A*; 8/7 an A; 6 a B; 5 a C* and 4 a C.

The School has maintained its percentage of Year 12 obtaining Grades C or above in 7+ subjects including English Language and Mathematics. The broad and balanced curriculum enables the boys, who make good choices, to fulfil their academic potential, preparing them for AS or equivalent at RBAI.
