As members of The Lyric Theatre’s schools’ affiliation scheme, KS4 & KS5 Drama pupils at RBAI had the opportunity to watch the professional production of ‘A Christmas Carol’ adapted by Marie Jones and set in ‘A neat little town, they call Belfast’. Naturally both staff and students were thrilled watch The Lyric’s interpretation after the success of our take on the Dickens’ classic in November. We were also treated to a ‘behind-the scenes’ tour and Q & A with celebrated Stage and Screen actor, Dan Gordon who played the lead role of Ebenezer Scrooge. Dan was kind enough to pose for some pictures including one with Ronan Devlin and Carter Kingsberry who played Scrooge and ‘Young Scrooge’ in our production.
