Year 12 Business Studies students interview Barbara Lamb from The Coffee Box

Year 12 Business Studies students are currently undertaking their controlled assessment research and their case study is about a mobile coffee business. As part of their primary research into mobile coffee businesses and how they can be developed, Barbara Lamb from The Coffee Box at Belfast Boat Club kindly agreed to come in and be interviewed by the boys. During the course of the interview she told them about the ownership of her business, the importance of customer service, how her suppliers use batch production, the support she has received from government enterprise initiatives and the importance of break even. We would like to thank Barbara for giving up her time to come into school and to provide such valuable information for the pupils for their assessment. We all want to now go and try The Coffee Box for ourselves!
